Roommate Wanted for sale in Brickerville, Pennsylvania

I am seeking a roommate from the ages of 20-40 who would like to live in a beautiful townhouse I own in Manheim Township. You would have your own private bedroom, private bathroom, a walk-in closet and be able to park in my driveway. You would have access to everything my house offers, brand new appliances, washer dryer, tvs, it is fully furnished. I require only one individual, no pets, no smoking and no large parties. I am starting my own business which I will work at home during the day, but be gone in the evenings. I train elite level student athletes in the area. I am also gone several weekends out of the month, so you will have the house to yourself a great deal. The best part is that I buy all groceries and household products (laundry detergent, toilet paper etc.) The amount you pay includes rent, utilities (cable, wifi, water, electric etc.) Requirement is to be respectful of the home and be financially responsible.
